TEAM
NIRANJAN VEMULKAR
Niranjan received a BSc in Economics with a concentration in Finance (Wharton) and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006, with Magna Cum Laude honors. He earned an MSc in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University in 2013.
Niranjan spent 7 years in New York as a Senior Analyst for a specialist advisory firm focused on advising large institutions on hedge fund allocations. He was responsible for performing investment and operational due diligence on hedge funds.
Niranjan is the Founder of Yellow, a digital succession planning technology company based in Bangalore. He also has 6 years' experience in the manufacturing and distribution of FMCG products in India.
NAYAN KHEMKA
Nayan obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Bangalore University in 2005. He went on to complete an MSc in Advanced Marketing Management from Lancaster University in 2008.
Nayan has over 18 years' experience in leadership roles at a textile manufacturer and exporter, marketing high-end home furnishings to brands in the US, Europe & Australia, and at Naturo, India's leading fruit bar company. Nayan previously founded and sold an online startup offering bespoke home textile solutions to the Indian market. He also has 2 years of experience with Ogilvy Advertising.
Nayan's primary focus lies in operations and strategic planning to help scale B2C and B2B brands.
NANDA CHALAM
Nanda qualified with a joint degree in Law and Business Studies (Hons.) at the University of Warwick in 2006. He later earned an LL.M. in Law and Technology from UC Berkeley as an Asia Pacific Scholar (2015).
Nanda's experience includes 18 years of scaling companies engaged in content security, digital rights management, professional services, and manufacturing. He served as the head of India operations for Singlesnet, Inc. (acquired by Match Group Inc., NASDAQ:IAC), and as CEO of Copyright Integrity International, an IP rights protection provider offering commercial rights management services for digital assets.
Nanda is also the Founder of IntroFind Ventures, which provides commercial and legal consulting and promotes projects at the intersection of technology and health.
